The day started with a meeting at MARL. We’ve met an shared impressions with the company’s accountant. It was another opportunity to get new input and feedback regarding how the company is being managed and the overall performances of the human resources. Slowly we are introducing change just by putting people talking and presenting internal solutions. The main word in the last days has been “dialogue”. One thing is for sure, everyone is willing give their best. Everybody’s see potential.
